Chilcotin's Family Restaurant:
This restaurant is located on Highway 20 West of Williams Lake,
British Columbia in a small community known as Nimpo Lake. The owner
of this Restaurant wanted a presence on the web, but nothing extravagant.
She did, however, want to show that this is a fun place to go. Cindy
brings outside entertainment in to the restaurant such as comedians,
and stages special events for special occasions such as Valentine's
Day. She also donates the restaurant's services to the community
and holds a free Yule dinner at Christmas time for anyone that would
like to come. She wanted the service she offers and this fun atmosphere
reflected on the web site, yet still kept simple and on a single
page.
Pricing: Probably
the most complicated thing on the site is the Flash file with the
opening gate. Otherwise, it is a very simple site. Since I took
most of the pictures, they were all of a standard size and lighting
and easy to convert to the images on the home page. Cost: $150 USD
without the opening flash file.
